    No worries! Send us an email at earthlydiscoveries@outlook.com and we will do our best to answer any question you may have in a timely manner.
  • I would like to know if you have received my order.
    Please check your emails (look in your junk folder as well) to see if you have received an order confirmation. If you can't find it, please contact us at earthlydiscoveries@outlook.com with your order number and we'll check it out within a reasonable time.
  • I am interested in a product that is out of stock.
    If the product that you would like to purchase is out of stock, you can send us an email at earthlydiscoveries@outlook.com and we will notify you as soon as the product becomes available again. However, please note that most of the products that are identified as "One-of-a-kind" or "Handcrafted" are unique items that might not be back in stock after they are sold.
  • Can I reserve a product?
    Unfortunately, you cannot reserve a product. You need to purchase the item while it’s available on the website.
  • I have a problem with a product I received or with my order.
    Send us an email at earthlydiscoveries@outlook.com as soon as possible (1-3 days of receipt of your order) so we can address the problem in a timely manner.
  • Can I cancel or modify my order?
    No, we do not refund orders. When the transaction is completed, we cannot refund or modify an order due to logistics and costs.
  • Do you ship outside of Canada?
    Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Canada at the moment.
